- THIS IS A PRE-ORDER BLOG, meaning the Buyer will pay first before getting the product, there might be some items that are in stock and will be stated if it is so.
- Once payment is made, there will be NO refund unless there is no available stock.
- No advertising of other shops unless with permission.
- For Collection, we only allow by meet-ups at MRT Stations or other locations if stated or DOORSTEP deliveries to stated addresses.
- FREE delivery is only to Tampines Area ONLY.
- Any area further than the stated area above will have an additional charge of maximum $3 subjected to the location. (unless there is promotion stating Free delivery)
- Payment will be advisable by Bank Transfer / iBanking. (Bank Account no. will be given out once the Price is confirmed after all required charges / Promo Discount.)
- Cash payment will also be available at a handling fee of additional $1 to the total cost of the items regardless of location.
- There will be a Cash Collection Charge and the rates will be subjected to distance from Tampines. (Unless otherwise stated Free Cash Collection)
- Please ALLOW 2 weeks to 1 month waiting time for the arrival of stocks (if items are under Sprees Section.)
- Goods Sold ARE NOT REFUNDABLE or EXCHANGABLE (PLEASE DECIDE CLEARLY BEFORE PLACING ANY ORDER.)
- THERE WILL BE CONFIRMATION ONLY WHEN PAYMENT BEING MADE, NO RESERVING ALLOWED! (In-Stock Items are going on a First Come First Serve Basis, meaning whoever pay for the item first will get the item. This is to avoid any misunderstanding regarding items out of stock.)
- Payment for sprees must be made 5 days after order is being emailed to us as this is to be fair to other customers who made the payment early. Late payment will cause a delay in the arrival of goods. (Order will be canceled automatically if payment is not received 5 days after we received your order.)
- Please DO NOT BARGAIN as our items are of fixed prices.
- PLEASE STATE YOUR ALTERNATIVE ITEM.

How do we make the order from you?
- Just Email us at
Sparklin_Stars@live.com the design or model of the product you want and also tell us the colours, Quantity and Alternative in case it is out of stock.
How is the payment being done?
- Payment mode is by iBanking, Bank Transfer or Cash before collection of items. Bank Account no. will only be given upon ordering and for cash payments, there will be a charge of additional $1.
What if there is no available stock?
- As stated, you are required to give us an alternative item to order in case the item you want is out of stock. If the alternative is also out of stock, we will inform you via Email.
Is there a template we can follow?
- Yes, you may follow the template we have here, click on "Ordering Format".
Are there size measurements for your items?
- Yes, but most of our items are of 1 size only. There will be a size measurement stating at each item's description and all you need to do is to take your size measurement and compare it with our items' measurement to see if the item is good for you.
How long will you take to reply and what do I do after you have replied?
- Just wait patiently as we will reply you within 24 Hrs and all you need to do is to follow the instructions given to you via Email.
